Interactik is a subscription-based software platform that provides interactive tools to enhance live streaming experiences.
Access to the service is granted through a monthly subscription, which includes all available features.
2. No In-App Purchases or Virtual Currency
- Interactik does not include:
- in-app purchases.
- virtual currencies.
- credits or redemption systems monetary rewards.
- All content is included within the active subscription.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- use the service for lawful purposes only.
- not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- not redistribute the software without authorization.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access requires an active subscription
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
You may cancel at any time
Access remains active until the end of the billing period
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All payments are securely processed through Hotmart, which acts as the payment processing and distribution platform.
Interactik is a subscription-based software service with recurring billing.
If you are a consumer, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, in accordance with Hotmart’s refund policy.
Refund requests are handled directly by Hotmart through its platform and not by Interactik.
For subscription renewals, refunds are generally not granted once the charge has been made, except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation will stop future charges, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
To request a refund, you must access your Hotmart account or use the link provided in your purchase receipt.
